Job Description
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives to support company growth.
Job Requirements
Scope
- Lead the Retail Operations and ensure compliance
- To build trust and strong relationships with clients
- Monitor operational quality and audit site performance and compliance.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular meetings with clients
- Present system performance reports
- Handle escalated complaints
- Manage contract renewal discussions
- Ensure service level compliance (manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms)
Site Audit & Operation Inspection
- Oversee daily car park operations and ensure smooth traffic flow
- Supervise and schedule car park attendants (where applicable)
- Conduct periodic site inspections
- Ensure proper maintenance of car park facilities (e.g., bay lines, signage, equipment)
- Audit car park cleanliness & condition
- Inspect equipment physical condition
- Review traffic flow and signage
- Audit system performance vs. SLA
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations
- Prepare and manage incident reports
- Monitor and manage reserved bays
- Conduct enforcement activities (e.g., clamping)
Business Data Analytics, Monitoring & Improvement
- Performing data-driven analysis to derive key business insights.
- Drive operational excellence and enhance business processes through data-driven insights, automations and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive revenue growth.
Others
- Any others ad hoc duties assigned
Qualification
- Highly organized and able to handle multitasking
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal communicate skills
- Service oriented with great passion for retail industry
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
