Job Summary:
a) The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth within a defined territory.
b) The role requires a strong understanding of the company's products/services, IT literate and the ability to present them effectively to business clients, helping them see the value in what is offered.
c) The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who is passionate about sales and thrives in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Prospect and Identify Leads:
a) Research and identify potential business clients and their decision makers within assigned territory or industry verticals.
b) Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2) Client Relationship Management:
a) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
b) Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
3) Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
a) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
b) Prepare quotation for prospective clients based on their needs.
c) Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales while ensuring sales margins and profitability.
d) Handle objections effectively, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and valuable information pass-on to relevant department for improvement.
4) Sales Targets and Reporting:
a) Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
b) Prepare weekly pipeline reports, forecasting, and market analysis for management review.
c) Keep accurate records of all daily sales activities and client interactions in google calendar and or applicable CRM software.
5) Product Knowledge:
a) Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services, including features, benefits, how the systems operates and their competitive advantages.
b) Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
6) Collaboration and Communication:
a) Work closely with the sales team and other departments (e.g., business operations, marketing, customer service and accounting & finance) to ensure a seamless client experience.
b) Provide feedback from the field to help shape sales strategies and product development.
Qualifications:
a) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related business field (preferred but not a must).
b) Relevant sales or business development experience in building material, pest control and hygiene services, security services and systems, cleaning services, parking equipment and parking operations will add advantage.
c) Have an understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
d) Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, a must. Other languages proficiencies would add advantage.
e) Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
f) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
g) Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other CRM or IT management tools.
h) A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
