&nbsp;Responsibilities:
(a) Manages the implementation of IT projects closed by the field sales team
(b) Coordinates closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics
(c) Monitors customer support for technical solutions implemented and alerts the field sales to potential customer satisfaction threats or competitor activity
(d) Creates documentations and technical knowledge transfer to customers
(e) Provides expert advice on technical proof-of-concepts evaluation
(f) Maintains knowledge of competitive products as well as complimentary solutions
(g) Work collaboratively with the field sales, project management, engineering and support teams
(h) Provides coaching and professional development to team members to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen and technical sales skills
(i) Develops and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
(j) Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
(k) Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
(l) Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
(m) Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
(n) Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
(p) To provides 24/7 technical support to customers by remotely or onsite support if required
(q) Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

• Implement post-sales IT projects: coordinate with sales, PMs and engineers; troubleshoot onsite/remote, deliver docs.
• Join a customer-facing team delivering technical solutions and 24/7 support.
• Own POCs and client support, grow fast!
