 Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing professional consultations to understand customers’ scalp and hair needs, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every point of contact to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Work closely with the outlet team and supervisors to achieve outlet goals.
• Educate customers on treatment plans, product usage, and aftercare to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and hygienic environment in consultation and treatment areas.
• Comply with workplace health, safety, and company service standards.
• Support daily operations and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Preferably at least one (1) year of sales or customer service experience in the aesthetic / beauty / wellness industry.
• Fresh graduates or individuals without experience are welcome to apply (comprehensive training provided).
• Outgoing, pleasant, and energetic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, attentive, and able to build rapport with clients.
• Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Possess own transportation.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
