Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all the times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (i.e. phone calls, messages, email & etc).
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Have thorough knowledge of products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process sales orders, cash sales, official receipts, and other relevant documents. 
  • To keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • To communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist role (experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
  • Pleasant, friendly, and service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / POS system usage preferred).
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
