Job Requirements

1.Financial Data Entry & Record-Keeping

• Entering invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments into the company’s system.
   
• Updating spreadsheets and databases.
   

2. Assisting With Financial Reports

• Helping prepare monthly reports (e.g., profit & loss, cash flow).
   
• Gathering data for budgeting and forecasting.
   
• Organizing supporting documents.
   

3. Research & Analysis

• Conducting market or competitor research.
   
• Analyzing financial trends, revenue, and costs.
   
• Preparing simple presentations or charts.
   

4. Supporting Accounts Payable / Receivable

• Processing invoices from vendors.
   
• Helping track payments.
   
• Following up on outstanding invoices.
   

5. Auditing & Compliance Tasks

• Checking receipts and transactions for accuracy.
   
• Preparing documents for internal or external audits.
   

6. Administrative Support

• Filing documents.
   
• Scheduling meetings.
   
• Assisting the finance team with daily duties.
