Financial & Costing Mastery: Keep our margins as sharp as a samurai sword. You’ll oversee inventory, control food/beverage costs, and optimize profitability.

Marketing & Audience Growth: Work on campaigns to keep the rooftop packed, leveraging your own networks and creative ideas to make APOLLO the ultimate destination.

Full-Scale Operations: From supply chains to staff schedules, you are the captain of the ship.

Job Requirements

F&B Veteran: You have solid experience in the food and beverage industry (bonus points for premium casual, fusion, or bar environments).

Connected: You possess an existing customer database or a loyal network of foodies and nightlife enthusiasts ready to invite to the rooftop.
