In this role, you will:
- Manage the flow of daily transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish, while handling cancellations and refunds with precision.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve order-related issues, fostering seamless operations.
- Be a key player in financial reporting by preparing settlement reports, handling invoices, and ensuring timely payouts to our valued merchants.
- Take ownership of accounts by monitoring monthly aging, keeping track of accounts payable and receivable, and staying on top of outstanding payments.
- Bridge internal teams by coordinating accounting activities and collaborating across departments to support the company’s financial and operational needs.
- Implement best practices by assisting with the execution of company policies related to finance, administration, and HR, keeping everything aligned with our high standards.
- Stay organized and efficient by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and keeping key personnel on track.
- Adapt and thrive by tackling ad-hoc tasks and unexpected challenges, always finding creative solutions to keep things moving forward.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
- Computer literacy, proficient with MS Excel and Word is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
