How We Started (To replace “Behind The Scene”)
Our founders’ journey begin in their attempt to design and create their dream homes. Travelled to countless furniture expos, flipped through dozens of home design magazines and toured across towns just to look for the best deals. They began asking themselves whether is there a better way to create a dream home. Is there a way to envision and design your dream home in the comfort of your sofa?
That’s how SofaX started. You can view beautiful designs of your home. You can find the most exclusive table top to the most comfortable bed within a few touches. No need for the measurement tapes. No more cutting and pasting pictures to piece things together. That’s the virtual home furnishing experience we promise to deliver.

In this role, you will:

<li>Manage the flow of daily transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish, while handling cancellations and refunds with precision.</li>
<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve order-related issues, fostering seamless operations.</li>
<li>Be a key player in financial reporting by preparing settlement reports, handling invoices, and ensuring timely payouts to our valued merchants.</li>
<li>Take ownership of accounts by monitoring monthly aging, keeping track of accounts payable and receivable, and staying on top of outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Bridge internal teams by coordinating accounting activities and collaborating across departments to support the company’s financial and operational needs.</li>
<li>Implement best practices by assisting with the execution of company policies related to finance, administration, and HR, keeping everything aligned with our high standards.</li>
<li>Stay organized and efficient by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and keeping key personnel on track.</li>
<li>Adapt and thrive by tackling ad-hoc tasks and unexpected challenges, always finding creative solutions to keep things moving forward.</li>
</ul>
