Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the flow of daily transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish, while handling cancellations and refunds with precision.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve order-related issues, fostering seamless operations.
  • Be a key player in financial reporting by preparing settlement reports, handling invoices, and ensuring timely payouts to our valued merchants.
  • Take ownership of accounts by monitoring monthly aging, keeping track of accounts payable and receivable, and staying on top of outstanding payments.
  • Bridge internal teams by coordinating accounting activities and collaborating across departments to support the company’s financial and operational needs.
  • Implement best practices by assisting with the execution of company policies related to finance, administration, and HR, keeping everything aligned with our high standards.
  • Stay organized and efficient by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and keeping key personnel on track.
  • Adapt and thrive by tackling ad-hoc tasks and unexpected challenges, always finding creative solutions to keep things moving forward.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Computer literacy, proficient with MS Excel and Word is an added advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
