Job Description

• Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specification. 
• Facilitate negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. 
• Facilitate design sessions with the developers to define solution based on use case. 
• Deliver elements of system design, including use cases, business rules, wireframes, functional document or other detailed deliverables. 
• Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. 
• Perform test and certification as impose by EMVCo, PCI and schemes. 
• Communicate key insights and findings with the team. 
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value. 

Job Requirements

1. Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or its equivalent. 
2. High adaptability to work in a fast and dynamic working pace. 
3. Has good writing (procedures and reports) and verbal communication skills.
4. Has critical thinking skills, responsible and a team player. 
5. Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in business analyst job role.
