Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on the industry and analyse the data to derive valuable insights.
- Support with the content curation that aligns with the company strategy goals for communication materials including press releases, media statements, interview pitches, talking points, presentations, articles, social media content, and many others.
- Maintain and populate the communications calendar to ensure timely campaign executions.
- Expand the media database and support the department to connect with the targeted media organisations to strengthen media relations through visits, responding to media enquiries and proposing media pitches.
- Compile and generate reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the department with day-to-day tasks including follow-up, coordination, transcription, internal/external communications, and event/campaign execution, as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Communications/Marketing/PR, Finance, IT or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, as for other languages such as Japanese, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Arabic, French or Spanish, will be an added advantage.
- Interest in fintech industry trends and digital communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, and Google Analytics and familiar with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms, with a foundational understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Positive attitude and openness to learn from the company and its employees.
- Able to work independently and be a part of a team to meet broader corporate objectives.
