Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join our events agency. The ideal candidate will not only execute designs but also develop original concepts, create mood boards, and conduct thorough research to ensure visually compelling and on-brand event experiences. You’ll work closely with our team to translate client visions into stunning visuals—from initial brainstorming to final execution.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development & Research:

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts for events.
• Conduct visual research on industry trends, competitor events, and thematic inspiration.
• Develop mood boards, style guides, and presentation decks to pitch ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the events team to align designs with client objectives, audience demographics, and event themes.

Design Execution:

• Create event branding (logos, color schemes, typography, visual identities).
• Design print & digital collateral (invitations, brochures, social media assets, email campaigns, digital ads).
• Produce environmental graphics (signage, stage backdrops, wayfinding, exhibition booths).
• Develop motion graphics & animations for promotional content (a plus).
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and production-friendly (bleeds, resolution, file formats).

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
• Present and justify design choices to clients and stakeholders.
• Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (preferably in events, advertising, or experiential marketing).
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, mood boards, and event-related design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience in print production & large-format design (knowledge of materials, finishes, and technical specs).
• Ability to research trends, gather references, and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Strong presentation skills—able to articulate design choices clearly.
• Bonus: UI/UX, 3D rendering, or video editing skills.
