Job Requirements

What you’ll do

• Support producers and account managers across pre-production, live days, and post-event.
   
• Research venues, suppliers, technology, and permits; compare quotes and timelines; prepare shortlists and recommendations.
   
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients professionally; request quotes, confirm specs, chase deliverables, and keep everyone aligned.
   
• Build decks, mood boards, run sheets, floor plans, and call sheets; keep files tidy and version-controlled.
   
• Present your work in stand-ups and weekly reviews; take feedback, revise, and close the loop.
   
• Send concise recap emails after meetings with decisions, owners, and deadlines clearly listed.
   
• Be onsite when needed: registrations, load-ins, rehearsals, show calls, and tear-downs. Expect early call times, occasional late finishes, and some weekends.
   
• Track basics like POs, invoices, petty cash, and inventory with accuracy.
   
• Stay steady when plans change at the last minute, because they will.
