Job Description

   

As an HR Intern at Software International, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment and employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the HR team and hiring managers, developing real-world HR and talent acquisition skills that will strengthen your career foundation.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Be the backbone of our recruitment process by maintaining accurate candidate data, updating recruitment trackers, and organizing employee records.
     
  • Build your employer branding portfolio by creating and posting engaging content for social media; showcase our culture, job openings, and employee stories.
     
  • Partner with candidates on their journey, from screening and scheduling interviews to updating them on hiring progress.
     
  • Sharpen your sourcing skills by searching for potential talents using job portals, LinkedIn, and our internal database.
     
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end and work directly with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
     
  • Conduct reference checks to help us validate shortlisted candidates and support informed hiring decisions.
     
  • Prepare and manage key HR documents including candidate profiles, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
     
  • Play a role in delivering unforgettable first-day experiences such as arranging onboarding, preparing welcome kits, and setting up workspaces.
     
  • Support the HR team with various HR initiatives and projects while learning the ins and outs of corporate HR operations.

Job Requirements

 

  • You are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
     
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people.
     
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
     
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks.
     
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools is a bonus—but not mandatory.
     
  • You have a growth mindset, are eager to learn, and genuinely interested in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
