Job Location- Malaysia Employment Type: Contractual The role The Role Assist admin task: filing documents, prepare letters, scanning of documents and other admin task assigned by admin manager Collect & deliver documents to Klang Valley & Selangor area Bank in cheque Send marketing gifts to event place or customer office Update customer & contact card in Navision Create Quote Assist RFQ/tender document preparation Prudential account: (1) create sales order, update Forex Rate & PO balance and releas (2) prepare individual file and email reconciliation file to respective LBU What we need to see from you Minimum 2 years full time admin work experience in corporate With computer literate Proactive motivation and a strong work ethic Good verbal and written communication skills – English, Chinese & Malay Poses own transport: motorbike What we offer Stipend for the 12-week SOAR program: Receive financial support throughout the duration of our 12-week SOAR program.
