Job Description

Primary Responsibility

The core mission of this role is to design and implement a Measurement Framework that quantifies the financial and operational impact of our custom systems. You will be responsible for identifying "Before vs. After" metrics to prove cost savings, time efficiency, and revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Baseline Benchmarking: Conduct "Before" audits of client manual processes to establish clear baselines (e.g., current man-hours spent, error rates, operational costs).
  • Metric Development: Define specific KPIs for each project, such as:

Cost Savings: Reduction in labor costs, server overhead, or material waste.

Efficiency: Percentage decrease in "Time-to-Complete" for core business tasks.

Revenue Growth: Tracking lead conversion rates or sales volume increases post-implementation.

Data Visualization: Build "Value Dashboards" (using Power BI or Tableau) that clients can use to see their ROI in real-time.

Case Study Reporting: Produce high-impact "Value Realization Reports" that the sales team can use to justify premium pricing.

Data Pipeline Management: Extract data from our custom systems (via SQL/APIs) and clean it for accurate analysis.

  1. TecVisualization (The Tools)

Proficiency in SQL: Must be able to query databases of the systems you develop.

Data Visualization: Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.

Excel/Google Sheets: Expert level (Pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling).

Programming (Optional but Preferred): Python or R for more complex predictive modeling.

2. Soft Skills (The "Value-Add")

Business Acumen: Ability to understand a client's P&L (Profit and Loss) and identify where a software fix can save money.

Communication: Must be able to explain complex data to non-technical business owners in a way that makes them feel the software is an "investment," not a "cost."

3. Experience & Education

Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Finance.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a B2B or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
