Job Description

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and documentation.
• Support data entry for invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Help in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Organize and maintain files for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support finance team in ad-hoc administrative or analytical tasks.
• Learn and apply accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or other ERP systems).

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
