Job Description
- Assist in setting up and operating CNC / milling / turning / grinding / other production machines.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Learn to adjust basic parameters under guidance.
- Clean machines and surrounding areas after production.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities (e.g. cleaning filters, changing coolant).
- Ensure tools and materials are stored properly.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, drilling, etc.) is an advantage.
- Able to read simple technical drawings or willing to learn.
- Familiar with basic measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word for reporting purposes).
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months.
