Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To liase with smallholders and conduct regular field visits to provide support and execute the project at field with team.
- To manage day to day field operations in coordination with partners and farmers and ensure timely implementation of project plans.
- To collaborate with the ground team for organized training, workshops, and capacity building programme for targeted farmers.
- To collaborate with the ground team for collected data, process documentation and facilitating opportunity in meetings.
- To assist the Program team in achieving yearly milestones, final outcomes of the program, and yearly activity plan.
- To provide assistance in identifying, evaluating and networking with other stakeholders and potential partners.
- To provide progress report at the end of every month.
- To perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
- Possess experience in oil palm management or other commodities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft
- Good command of Malay and English, both written & spoken
- Willing to travel frequently
- Posses driving license
