Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between clients and insurer, ensuring exceptional communication and delivering exceptional service.
- Provide invaluable marketing support to managers and the marketing team, actively contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Offer administrative support to operations team, particularly during peak seasons, to ensure smooth workflow
- Independently manage and process operations to meet client needs effectively
- Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM qualification or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienced.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling office tasks, managing phone calls, and addressing inquiries.
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
