Job Description
Lead and manage the overall planning, execution and management of our retail stores and onground division. Responsible for the retail expansion, end to end setup, development, operations and overall modus operandi of stores.
● Plan and execute the marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for the retail and on-ground activities.
● Lead all the retail stores and maintain retail staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training while promoting optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining staffs.
● Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing customer requirements. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
● Prepare monthly sales forecasts and sales targets to achieve financial objectives.
● Tour all the stores regularly and identify or resolve urgent issues.
● Assess, monitor and report on relevant competitor and integrate customer information into the planning process as a basis for the development of marketing campaigns.
● A sharp eye for the aesthetic appeal of the store and ensuring products are always presented as per creative directions confirmed by HQ.
● Work closely with the Business Operations team to monitor and manage the inventory in every stores.
● Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to implement o2o strategy and campaigns seamlessly across the digital sphere and offline environment.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
● A leader with at least 5 years of experience and good in time management, project management, analytical and having people management skills.
● Extensive experience in retail, marketing with a proven track record to elevate branding and drive businesses forward.
● Excellent communicator with presentation skills and an action-oriented, persistent change driver.
● Has an excellent pulse of the fashion market - latest trends, consumer demands with strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
● Experienced in analyzing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular analyzing ROI from campaigns and growth strategy plans.
