Job Description
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable retail store at all times.
- Stay attentive to customers and provide recommendations when needed.
- Be well-informed about the brand, designers, and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with constructive and effective solutions.
- Assist with inventory counts and the placement of new products, including updates to in-store and window displays.
- Report directly to the Business Team.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of retail experience (Senior Retail Assistant: minimum 3 years, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail).
- Experience in premium or fashion retail is an advantage.
