Job Description

•  Train all new employees and ensure they are well-equipped with basic knowledge within the probation period.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure all team members are following the SOPs in the showroom.
• Work with the Assistant Showroom Manager to manage staff shifts and schedules in the showrooms.
• Act as the first point of contact for any complaints or issues that arise in the showroom; report to the Assistant Showroom Manager for further action.
• In addition to sales stock, ensure showroom stationery and other miscellaneous items are always in stock; make necessary purchases or report before supplies run out.
• Ensure all staff are presentable from head to toe. Discuss with the Assistant Showroom Manager and Showroom Manager if any staff require new uniforms, etc.
• Travel to each showroom from time to time as necessary, or on a rotational basis.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail.
• Experience in premium or fashion retail is an advantage.
