Job Description

1. Promote and market musical instruments, music-related products, and music education programmes to prospective customers.
2. Achieve individual and branch sales targets while maintaining professional sales practices and customer engagement standards.
3. Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate product information, course recommendations, and after-sales support.
4. Coordinate and manage student enrolment processes, class scheduling, and communication between students, parents, and teachers.
5. Support teacher administration, including attendance tracking, lesson arrangements, and operational coordination.
6. Manage showroom inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory accuracy.
7. Prepare and maintain branch sales reports, enrolment records, and other operational documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, events, and marketing activities to drive sales growth and student enrolment.
9. Ensure showroom displays, product presentation, and retail environment are maintained to company standards.
10. Support branch operations and contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service, sales, retail, administration, or related fields.
2. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
3. Willing to work a 6-day work week, comprising 3 morning shifts and 3 afternoon shifts.
4. Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Possesses a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
6. Candidates with a music background or the ability to play a musical instrument will have an added advantage.
7. Malaysian citizens only.
8. Willing to be based at any of our locations: Taman Kok Lian (Jalan Ipoh), Lotus's Kepong, Centrepoint Bandar Utama, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, or 1 Mont Kiara.
