Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress provides excellent customer service, manages orders, serves food and drinks and ensures a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
• Present menus and provide food or drink recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and key them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback politely.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and reset for the next customers.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required (training provided).
• Able to communicate & understand Chinese.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and work well with the team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Past F&B experience will be an added advantage.
