Job Description

E-commerce

• Plan & execute e-commerce campaigns, including web, SEM/SEM, email blast, social media 
• Identify trends and insights, ways to optimize spending and performance based on the insights
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals 
• Take charge of e-Commerce platforms includes content updates, coordinating site changes with IT 
• Grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the e-commerce platform
• To perform other duties as assigned

Trade Marketing

• Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager to develop effective trade activities aligned with marketing campaigns
• Involve in supporting Trade Marketing Manager in planning and executing 
• Execute trade marketing activities, including display advertising and audit

Trade collaboration with agency and other vendor partners 

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in e-commerce, trade marketing, or any other related areas in FMCG industry is required for this position
• Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
