As our Hospitality Intern, you’ll be at the frontline of guest experience and daily operations. You’ll support the team in managing short-term rental apartments, ensuring every guest journey — from check-in to check-out — is smooth, responsive, and memorable. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, giving you real exposure to how a growing hospitality brand operates.


Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and all incoming requests promptly and professionally.

Daily Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day apartment operations across multiple units.

Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and readiness of units.

Quality Control: Support inspections and maintain service standards across properties.
Problem Solving: Respond to guest issues and learn to resolve them efficiently.

About You

Must-Haves

  • Strong interest in hospitality or tourism
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural team
  • Willing to learn guest handling and critical problem solving
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including Public Holidays

Nice-to-Haves

  • Multilingual abilities (English + Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin / others)

The Setup
You’ll get:

Working Details

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Internship Period: 3 months
