Job Description
We are seeking a multi-tasking and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts & Audit Executive to join our growing team. This is a 3-in-1 role for candidates who enjoy handling both administrative and financial responsibilities, with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative support: documentation, filing, correspondence, scheduling.
• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, payments, petty cash, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for management.
• Assist with audit compliance, liaising with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper record-keeping and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide support for budgeting, financial planning & analysis.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Admin/Accounts/Audit roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Financio )
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures & compliance.
• Excellent organization, communication & time management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
