Job Title: Service Crew (Soybean Factory Production & Outlet Operations)Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Service Crew member to join our soybean production and outlet team. The role involves supporting daily operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service across our outlets and production sites.

Locations

We are currently hiring for outlets around:
Klang, Kepong, Rawang, Cheras, Petaling Jaya, and other nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily soybean product preparation and production activities
• Handle basic food processing tasks according to SOPs
• Pack, label, and prepare products for outlet and customer distribution
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of production and outlet areas
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at outlets
• Follow food safety and quality control standards strictly
• Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory checks
• Support supervisors in daily operational needs
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations

Working Hours

• Shift-based work (including weekends and public holidays if required)
• Rotational shifts depending on outlet and production schedule

• Able to work in a factory and outlet environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs strictly
