Job Description

•   Assist in executing customer outreach campaigns (physical) in Klang valley
•   Deliver clear informative messages tailored to designated customers (healthcare professionals)
•   Deliver outreach materials such as flyers, FAQs, and service summaries
•   Update project contact lists and engagement records
•   Respond to basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant teams
•   Provide up-to-date info on outreach progress and customer feedback

Job Requirements

•   Ability to travel independently to multiple location as needed.
•   Interest and understanding of basic health science, able to deliver messages.
•   Training provided over topic of deliverables to healthcare professionals, ie. pharmacist.
•   Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken mostly)
•   Comfortable with customer-facing interactions 
•   Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage outreach tasks
•   Familiarity with basic digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, email platforms)
•   Able to work as part of a team
