About the Internship

At Space Up Design, we believe in nurturing the next generation of design leaders. This internship is designed for high-achieving students or recent graduates who want to experience the full lifecycle of a premium "Design and Build" project.

You won't just be observing; you will be integrated into our core design team, contributing to high-end residential and commercial transformations under the mentorship of our senior designers.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Design Support: Assist in the creation of 3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes that align with our brand's sophisticated aesthetic.
• Technical Drafting: Learn to translate creative concepts into precise technical drawings and floor plans using industry-standard software.
• Site Exposure: Shadow our Project Managers during site visits to understand the critical transition from "paper to physical" and how quality control is maintained on-site.
• Material Mastery: Assist in sourcing and cataloging premium finishes, textiles, and hardware, gaining hands-on knowledge of luxury materials.
• Administrative Excellence: Support the team in preparing client presentations and project documentation to ensure a seamless client experience.

Job Requirements

What We Look For

• Technical Foundation: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Aesthetic Eye: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a clean, modern, and detailed design sensibility.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude with a hunger to learn the "business" side of design, not just the "art."
• Communication: Ability to articulate design ideas clearly and professionally.
