Job Description
负责客户线上舆情监测与基础洞察整理，产出结构化数据与简要结论，支持团队日常报告与客户维护工作。适合有 1–3 年新媒体运营、舆情监测、数据整理或客户执行相关经验的人选。
工作职责
- 负责客户相关的舆情监测与内容分析，输出关键洞察与风险提示，支持团队决策。
- 维护并更新链接追踪表与日常报表，确保信息及时、准确、可追溯。
- 协助完成日/周/月度汇总及复盘材料整理，为报告与总结提供数据支持。
- 与供应商保持日常沟通与协调，跟进内容发布与链接效果，确保交付符合标准。
- 熟悉产品资料并定期进行内容/链接与数据质量检查，确保发布信息准确一致、符合规范，提升输出的可靠性与可追溯性。
- 支持基础客户维护与项目执行工作，包括资料整理、反馈记录与跨团队协作。
Job Requirements
- 有相关经验（舆情监测/社媒运营/内容运营/客户执行/数据整理等）。
- 熟练使用 Excel/Google Sheets。
- 细心、有责任感，能在节奏快的环境下稳定交付。
- 必要时愿意配合加班,以支持项目交付与紧急任务。
- 良好沟通与协调能力，能推动问题闭环。
- 中文读写能力佳者优先（如客户内容以中文为主）。
