Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Room & Public Area Cleaning

• You keep guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas clean and sanitised using our hygiene checklists so spaces are consistently guest-ready.
• You turn over rooms efficiently to support quick check-ins and complete basic room inspection steps before handover.

Supplies, Safety & Reporting

• You monitor and restock cleaning supplies and inform your supervisor promptly when stock is low.
• You follow safety and hygiene procedures, handle cleaning chemicals responsibly, and report maintenance issues or hazards without delay.

Guest Support & Teamwork

• You assist colleagues with simple guest requests and provide clear handovers at shift changes to keep operations smooth.
• You maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and adapt during busy service periods across properties.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You do not need prior experience; freshers are welcome.
• You have basic reading and writing skills to complete checklists and simple reports.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You are familiar with basic cleaning equipment and materials and know how to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• You can follow standard operating procedures and perform simple inventory checks.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You are punctual, reliable and physically fit for walking shifts and lifting light loads.
• You communicate clearly in English or Bahasa Malaysia and work well within a team.
