Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant who is experienced, responsible, reliable and organized to support our daily office management. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to meet you! Able to read and write in Chinese (this is a must) 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the boss in managing and coordinating employees
  • Communicate effectively in Malay,English and Mandarin (spoken and written) 
  • Must be able to read and write in Chinese for internal documentation and communication
  • Handle staff scheduling, off-day planning, and attendance tracking 
  • Actively resolve staff-related issues and ensure smooth operations of every teams
  • Use Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for documentation and reporting 
  • Ensure company practices are aligned with the Malaysian Labour Law and internal policies

Job Requirements

  • MALE only
  • Minimum 1–3 years of OPERATION / office management 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Independent, trustworthy, and proactive in problem-solving 
  • Familiar with Excel,Word,Google Workspace is a plus
  • Knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act and labour regulations is a plus
