We are looking for an Operations Assistant who is experienced, responsible, reliable and organized to support our daily office management. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to meet you! Able to read and write in Chinese (this is a must)&nbsp;
 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the boss in managing and coordinating employees</li>
<li>Communicate effectively in Malay，English and Mandarin (spoken and written)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to read and write in Chinese for internal documentation and communication</li>
<li>Handle staff scheduling, off-day planning, and attendance tracking&nbsp;</li>
<li>Actively resolve staff-related issues and ensure smooth operations of every teams</li>
<li>Use Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for documentation and reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure company practices are aligned with the Malaysian Labour Law and internal policies</li>
</ul>
