Role purpose

Angle B: As a builder, you will help create and scale campaign playbooks from scratch so our clients get more leads and clearer brand identities. You will own daily outreach, assist campaign setup, and help refine what works so the team can repeat success.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project & Campaign Management

• Plan and schedule campaign assets and timelines, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure materials are delivered on time and on brief.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare short weekly summaries with clear next steps.
• Maintain campaign documentation and basic budgets so work is repeatable and measurable.

Sales & Client Growth

• Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls, messages, and social outreach to build a sales pipeline.
• Prepare simple proposals and follow up to convert leads into paying clients.
• Support account handover and maintain relationships to secure repeat business.
• Track client feedback and surface upsell opportunities for new services.

Content & Digital

• Create short-form copy for social posts and basic ad creatives that match each client tone and objective.
• Help set up online ads, track conversions, and report on basic metrics like CTR and leads.
• Use simple tools to schedule posts and respond to audience comments in a timely way.
• Collect simple market insights from competitors and social listening to improve creative direction.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or 0 years of work experience with relevant internship or college project exposure in sales or marketing.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
• Portfolio of class projects, campaigns, or freelance work that shows practical marketing or sales tasks.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media and paid ads.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools and willingness to learn HubSpot or similar systems.
• Comfort with Google Analytics or basic tracking and MS Excel for simple reporting.
• Hands-on content skills for short-form copy and basic post design using tools like Canva.

• Organised and reliable, able to manage several small tasks and meet deadlines.
