As a Junior Sales and Marketing hire you will help build our outreach engine and support campaign delivery from concept to conversion. You will create content, manage social channels, and help turn leads into customers while learning measurable marketing and sales skills.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Create short-form content and support copy for social posts, email, and landing pages.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using basic content calendars.
• Monitor post performance and gather engagement data for weekly reporting.
• Assist with simple paid social setups by following targeting and creative briefs.

Sales & Client Outreach

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, social messaging, and CRM updates.
• Prepare pitch materials and assist with client meetings and follow-ups.
• Track sales activities and update pipelines to keep projects moving.
• Support contract preparation and basic invoice tracking with the operations team.

Operations & Team Support

• Coordinate with designers and freelancers to ensure assets meet brief and deadlines.
• Help maintain simple project trackers and campaign checklists for transparency.
• Participate in sprint reviews and contribute ideas for campaign improvement.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or equivalent with 0 years of experience, open to recent marketing or business graduates.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as social media, email, and paid ads.
• Experience with simple content creation for social channels, either via internships or personal projects.
• Comfortable working a structured 9 to 6 schedule and attending occasional client calls.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic use of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar analytics tools.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for simple reporting and tracking.
• Experience or willingness to learn a CRM such as HubSpot or similar for lead management.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good written and verbal communication in English and Malay, clear and concise.
• Curious attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback from senior teammates.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks with attention to detail.
