Job Summary:

Our client is seeking Cashier & Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions in retail store located in Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Velocity Mall. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and excellent service.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments securely.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting products.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, store displays, and stock levels.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and stocktaking.
• Monitor and reconcile cash register balances at the end of each shift.
• Address customer inquiries professionally to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies on sales, returns, promotions, and customer service.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
