Spectrum Health is a Malaysian supplement brand built on a simple idea: supplements, properly dosed. We develop clinically-referenced formulations trusted by pharmacists and GPs across Malaysia. Small team, fast decisions, real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook: product content, health education, behind-the-scenes, and trend-led formats.
• Own the full content cycle: ideate, script, shoot, edit, caption, post, and learn from the numbers.
• Manage our social community: reply to comments and DMs, spot recurring questions, and turn them into content ideas.
• Shoot content variations to support the brand's marketing campaigns.
• Support live sessions and other new content formats as our channels grow.
• Handle simple product photography for marketing and promotional use.
• Coordinate content from external creators and customers (briefing, follow-up, collection).
• Film at events and roadshows as well as in-office product shoots.
• Repurpose winning content across formats and languages (EN / BM / 中文).
• Keep our content library organised so footage and finals are always findable.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years creating video content for a brand, agency, or a serious personal/creator account — a strong portfolio or account beats a long CV. Include links when you apply.
• Proficient in shooting and editing short-form video, on phone and/or camera.
• You understand hooks, pacing, and why some videos get saved and others get scrolled past.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others on camera.
• Able to write natural, engaging captions in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin a strong plus.
• Organised and self-driven: you can run a weekly posting schedule without being chased.
• Health/wellness interest a plus. 
• Willing to travel occasionally for event coverage (Klang Valley).
• Based in / able to work from Sunway Square, Subang Jaya. Full-time.
