Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to own and grow our online sales channels.

• Manage and optimise our Shopify store: product pages, promotions, conversion rate, and customer reviews.
• Set up and run our marketplace presence (Shopee, TikTok): listings, campaigns, vouchers, and chat response.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook), email and SMS flows, and WhatsApp Business.
• Track performance (traffic, conversion, ROAS) and produce simple weekly reports with clear next steps.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and customer enquiries with our operations team.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
• You have actually run a Shopify store, Shopee or TikTok seller centre, or Meta ads account, not just studied them.
• Comfortable with numbers: you can read a dashboard and tell us what to do next.
• Bonus: email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo), basic SEO, or basic design skills (Canva).
• Fluent English; BM and/or Mandarin a plus for customer chat.
