Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to own our roadshows and brand activation events in pharmacies and clinics across Malaysia.

• Plan and run roadshows and brand activation events in partner pharmacies and clinics, covering booth setup, product sampling, consumer engagement, and on-site sales.
• Coordinate health screening activities (e.g., basic health tests) with pharmacy partners as part of activation campaigns.
• Drive sell-through at partner outlets through merchandising, promotional displays, pharmacy staff briefings, and campaign execution.
• Track and report results after every activation: footfall, interactions, sales, and learnings.
• Work with our marketing and sales team on the campaign calendar and support trade promotions.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 1 to 2 years experience in field marketing, events, trade marketing, or promoter management. Pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG background is a strong plus.
• Comfortable being on the ground. This role is in pharmacies and clinics more than behind a desk.
• Own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley, with occasional outstation trips. Weekend roadshows happen; replacement leave provided.
• Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or dialects a plus.
• Organised, reliable, and energised by meeting people.
