Job Description

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid social media advertising, under the guidance of the marketing team.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential new marketing opportunities within the automotive parts and accessories industry.
• Help manage and update website content, product listings, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to the creation of visual assets, including basic photo editing and video editing for social media posts, advertisements, and website use.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding promptly and professionally to foster positive customer relationships.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on key digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, to help evaluate effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma / degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Understanding of sales strategies and techniques to support the sales team in achieving targets and expanding market reach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn and contribute to the company's growth.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong.
