Job Description

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online market operations, marketing campaigns, and digital growth. This role offers hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to strengthen our online presence. 

1) Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Support:

• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Support the creation of engaging content: visuals, photos, videos, and social media posts.
• Help develop promotions, vouchers, and marketing materials for campaigns.
• Update and optimize product's descriptions and pricing strategy to increase customer engagement and interest. 
• Data Tracking on campaign performance using Excel/Google Sheets.

2) Market Research & Analytics:

• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to support e-commerce strategies. 
• Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing/e-commerce team.
  

3) Team & Partnership Support:

• Assist with influencer collaborations and social media partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support projects and promotions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Analytical skills to track and evaluate campaign and sales performance.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Abilitiy to work collaboratively in a team environment.
