⭐ Event Coordinator Intern

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and well-organized Event Coordinator Intern to join our team! You will be assisting on planning, coordinating, and executing events that represent our brand and deliver great experiences to our customers.

 Key Responsibility:

1) Campaigns Managments:

• Assist in planning and executing company events, and brand activations.
• Support event logistics including setup, materials preparation, and on-site coordination.
• Communicate with partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Help prepare event timelines, checklists, and required documentation.
• Provide on-ground support during events—registration, customer engagement, crowd flow, and booth assistance.
• Collect data and help compile post-event reports.
• Maintain a positive brand image while delivering friendly and exciting campaigns to customers.

2) Content Management:

• Assist in creating engaging content that aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Assist in creating engaging visuals for social media posts and story.
• Support in planning and executing PR campaigns or Social media events. (FB / IG / XHS / TikTok)
• Assist the marketing team with social media updates, event photos/videos, and post-event content.
• Contribute creative ideas for event concepts, engagement activities, marketing initiatives and tools.

3) Market Research & Analytics:

• Research analysis for social media to keep up with the latest industry trends.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Conduct market research to create more innovative ideas for market engagements.
• Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or internship experience also welcome.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and enjoys engaging with people.
• Preferably with basic knowledge in social media or content creation.
