We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our growing team! 🌟

Gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative operations. This internship is perfect for students who want to build a strong foundation in HR and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

1) HR Administration

• Maintain and organize documentation.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and HR filing.
• Prepare HR-related letters, forms, and reports.
• Ensure employee information is updated accurately and confidentially.

2) Office Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and operations team.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workplace.
• Handle general administrative duties and documentation.

3) Team Support

• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
