Job Description

1. Lead Store Operations:
   Oversee all day-to-day store activities, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and efficiently run retail environment.
   
2. Drive Sales Performance:
   Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs, while upholding high standards of customer service
   
3. Inspire and Lead the Team:
   Mentor, train, and motivate store staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
   
4. Other Tasks:
   Support marketing or other assignments as needed by management. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or higher in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary.
