• Recruitment & Hiring
  Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and hiring process.
  
• Employee Onboarding & Resignation
  Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation and orientation.
  Manage resignation processes, including resignation letters, notice periods, clearance and exit documentation.
  
• Attendance & Employee Monitoring
  Monitor staff attendance, lateness, absenteeism and leave records.
  
• Payroll & Overtime
  Check and verify attendance, OT and payroll records.
  Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information.
  
• HR & Administrative Tasks
  Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  Handle general administrative tasks and support daily operations.
  Assist with other HR-related matters and tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 
• 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
