Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Corporate Sales Administrator supports corporate partners across brands by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events and wellness programs, and maintaining strong engagement. This role focuses on strengthening partnerships, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting sales and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support for corporate partners related matters for Celebrity Fitness, Chi Fitness, Fitness First and Fire Fit 
  • To ensure all corporate events are executed to expectations by liaising closely with respective clubs, departments and corporate partners.
  • To support virtual corporate wellness programme including promoting to corporate partners, coordinating with fitness facilitator team, preparing communication plan and ensuring virtual events are conducted timely and smoothly. 
  • To support in preparing corporate documentation including proposal, agreement, quotations, presentation etc. 
  • To ensure high engagements with all corporate partners with regular service calls. To ensure corporate partnership database information are updated regularly.
  • To build and track corporate leads database including cold calling and lead qualifying. 
  • To provide pro-active support on retention by identifying potential risk members and work with the respective clubs to provide engagement and encourage member visitations. 
  • To attend promptly to corporate email account inbound and outbound emails on daily basis
  • To ensure prompt renewals of all corporate agreements and attend to queries on corporate invoice accounts matters on timely manner. 
  • To update corporate scorecard and all related corporate report i.e. : leavers, fully subsidized attendance list to club etc. 
  • To perform any other corporate administrative duties as deem fit.


Job Requirements

Recruitment:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin, Sales, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin or sales
  • Experience in event management, customer service, or the fitness industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English
  • Organized, confident, assertive, hardworking, and focused
  • Passionate about fitness and its value
  • Transparent, flexible, team-oriented, and professional
  • Honest, with strong work ethics and well-groomed
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
