Role Purpose:

To lead, coach, and coordinate a team of Corporate Wellness Consultants in delivering exceptional, brand-aligned wellness activations. This role ensures consistent execution, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with our corporate wellness objectives—driving lead generation, client satisfaction, and long-term membership growth

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and build a high-performing consultant team.
• Event Oversight: Ensure seamless planning, execution, and brand consistency for all activations.
• Lead Management: Drive lead quality and alignment with sales teams.
• Performance Reporting: Consolidate post-event feedback and recommend improvements.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Management: Track performance, manage inventory, and lead debriefs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to improve offerings.
• Team Training & Development: Onboard, train, and develop consultants.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate wellness, events, sales, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in leading or supervising a team
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in a dynamic, field-based environment
• Passionate about health and wellness, with a professional, people-first approach
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
