Before SPR was established, our founder, Jason Kuan, have this industry experience for more than 10 years. Based on years of experience, Jason Kuan decided to establish SPR Communication Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Along with the evolution of mobile phones, witnessed all the changes from a simple black and white display phone to a classic flip phone, then a colored screen phone that evolved to the advanced smartphones that we all know today. Despite all these changes, SPR remains at the forefront of technology through our dedication for Research and Development of the latest maintenance technology and improvement skills. 2. Repair Job Coordination
<ul>
<li>Register incoming phones for repair and record reported issues</li>
<li>Update customers on repair progress and completion status</li>
<li>Coordinate with technicians regarding repair updates</li>
<li>Ensure repaired devices are properly recorded and returned to customers</li>
</ul>
3. Stock &amp; Inventory Management
<ul>
<li>Manage accessories and spare parts inventory</li>
<li>Record stock in and stock out transactions</li>
<li>Assist with monthly stock take</li>
<li>Report low stock levels to management</li>
</ul>
4. Customer Service Support
<ul>
<li>Attend to walk-in customers and respond to WhatsApp / phone inquiries</li>
<li>Provide repair pricing and product information</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints professionally</li>
<li>Support accessory sales and upselling</li>
</ul>
5. Online Platform Management (If Required)

<li>Manage online repair orders</li>
<li>Reply to online customer inquiries</li>
</ul>
6. General Duties
<ul>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the counter area</li>
<li>Assist in promotional activities and sales campaigns</li>
<li>Comply with company SOP and management instructions</li>
<li>Perform any other duties assigned by management</li>
<li>Ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by leader, supervisor and manager</li>
