Job Description

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the retail outlets including compliance with company standards and policies.
• Managing and supervising outlet staff, including training, schedule management and performance management.
• Analysis sales data to identify trends, opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement which are inclusive of but not limited to managing sales performance, inventory management, and implementing strategies to optimize sales & profitability
• Schedule visit to the outlets at fixed interval to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet, maximizing sales profitability, and optimizing customer's experience.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in similar position, preferably in retail or smartphone industry.
• Organized, confident, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal communication and management skills.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel
