Job Description

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across BloomWell's social media platforms.
• Create simple, empathetic, and visually appealing content, graphics, short videos and compelling copywriting in both English and Mandarin.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to community comments and customer inquiries.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns.
• Tracks and report on basic campaign metrics.
• Liaise and coordinate with third-party vendors, such as creative agencies, influencers and gifting companies.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Nutrition or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Hands-on experience with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
• Genuine interest in maternal and child nutrition, with a high level of empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, creative and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
